THE WORST
I sent my teenage daughter in Tues morning and ordered 4 new tires. She was told they would be in the next day. The next day she went in and was told they ordered the wrong tire and the manager sent them back and the correct ones she needed would be in the next day. She went at 10:00 a.m. this morning and was told they didnt know why the tires were sent back because they were the correct tires and they would re order and have them there tomorrow. This was very unacceptable to me since she is now on day 3 of having bad tires. I called to speak to the Manager who said "John" must have sent back the tires but he had some that came in this morning and didn't know if they were hers or not. He ask me "What kind did we order" I said I didn't have a clue what was ordered, she ordered whatever they told her she needed. That's his job to make sure it's the right size. I told him just cancel the order because this is ridiculous. She just called me and told me they called her back instead of me and told her they found the tires and she needed to bring her car back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
