We went to this franchise and didn't have our key in hand. But, it was the middle of the day and there was a person on duty. So no problem right? NO. She stopped us at the door and physically blocked the entrance when we rang the doorbell. It was very rude.
A little customer service goes a long way.
The three of us could have been three new customers. But, she didn't even approach us as if we could be new customers! I hope this isn't their only sales person.
Nice gym.....spacious, with ample machines for weights and cardio.
Also, this just mainly just a weight room. Not enough variety for my taste.
