If I could give them less then one star I would. Dealing with this law firm has been the biggest headache I have ever had. I started in March of this year trying to get my last name changed and they told me it would take a total of "One month" to get it completely done. It took them one month just to find my paperwork their incompetent staff lost, not to mention they didn't clarify with me on after the judgement was granted, that I would need to also contact the department of vital records of MS and go through the headache of getting my new birth certificate (not to mention they misplaced my old one). It is July and I still haven't been able to complete my name change. Never use them, unless you want nothing but trouble, headache and stress not to mention a GIANT bill, for little to no work...
This is the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune to do businessl with. They did not show up for the closing. I had to demand they pay me the money they owed me from my refinance. I have had to call them everyday to get them to send payments to credit card company, mortgage company and insurance company. They have cost me more money than I should have had to pay and charged me large amounts of fees for my refinance that they did not earn. Do not use this law firm!!!
