My experiences of going and utilizing the public library has not been good. The Head Librarian, Ms, Charlotte is very rude and acts like she HATES her job. She allows one race of people to control and tell her what to do while the other races are being rude and ugly to. In my opinion, she needs some time off because she's always complaining and seem unhappy when I'm in the library.
That's not true Jessica. She's been that way for YEARS. You are unaware of the difference in how she treats black people because you are not black. You can go in with sunshine beaming through your smile and she will descend upon you like storm cloud of prejudice. And I know because my mother is a lifelong patron of the library and I've experienced this first hand. I just don't say anything about it and pray that God will touch her heart.
